AiN Engine is a BIM data extraction system, mapping elements to BOQ items and applying engineering cost rules. The system is based on controlled logic ensuring full traceability between the model and the final output.
Pulling volume, area, and quantity data directly from BIM parameters. The system scans the geometry and identifies engineering elements uniquely, preventing duplicates and identifying model gaps.
Classifying elements according to pre-defined BOQ rules and tender requirements. Applying engineering logic that ensures every item in the model is assigned to the correct budget code, including input analysis for concrete, steel, and labor.
Exporting with full Traceability between element, quantity, and priced item. The final product is a structured Excel file, ready for submission, containing all necessary formulas for engineering and accounting verification.
