AiN Engine
AiN connects BIM models, BOQ data and Excel, so quantity surveyors, contractors and tender managers can review quantities faster, clearer and with better control.
AiN currently works well for concrete. Additional trades are under development. Every output requires QS or engineering review before commercial use.
AiN reads geometry and quantity data from Revit and Navisworks models, then organizes the information for BOQ review. The goal is to make quantities easier to check, trace and correct, not to remove professional review.
AiN suggests BOQ classifications based on model data, project rules and tender requirements. The QS remains in control: every suggestion can be reviewed, corrected and approved before it is used commercially.
The output is a structured Excel workbook with quantity sources, review status and model references where available. It gives the project team a clearer basis for checking quantities, comments and tender decisions.
